Shipping
These rules apply to retail orders placed on this site. Wholesale orders follow the terms of your wholesale account; ask the wholesale desk at info@nemafood.com.
Every order leaves our warehouse refrigerated or frozen, packed in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice, and travels via FedEx.
Methods
Orders ship FedEx Priority Overnight (next business day before noon), Second Day, or Ground, depending on your location and selection. Orders are dispatched the next business day where product and carrier availability allow. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times once a shipment is with the carrier.
Pickup at the office
Prefer to collect it yourself? Choose pickup at checkout and pick up your order at 18 Commerce Rd. Suite D, Fairfield, NJ 07004, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern on business days. Pickup orders carry no shipping charge.
Free 2-day shipping states
Orders of $150 or more ship free to the following states:

Where we cannot ship
We do not ship to Alaska, Arizona, or Hawaii. Transit times to those states are too long to keep chilled and frozen goods at temperature. You can still collect an order in person at Fairfield, whatever state you live in.
The weekend rule
FedEx does not deliver our shipments on weekends, so perishables never sit in a depot. Orders placed by 7:30 am Eastern on Thursday ship that week; anything placed after that ships the following Monday. Deliveries arrive Monday through Friday only.
Addresses
We deliver to physical street addresses only: no PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Our delivery guarantee applies to correctly addressed orders as confirmed on your order acknowledgment. If you live in a very remote area, check FedEx transit times for your ZIP code before choosing overnight service.
When it arrives
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the expected arrival date. Please plan to receive the shipment on delivery day and refrigerate or freeze everything immediately.
