Using this site
By using nemafood.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Nema Food Corp. of Fairfield, New Jersey. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use its content in ways these terms do not allow.
Products and pricing
We work to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate, and we correct errors when we find them. Prices and availability can change without notice. Placing an item in the cart does not reserve it; an order is accepted when we confirm it. The minimum order is $150.
Orders and shipping
Orders are subject to our Shipping and Returns policies, which form part of these terms. Perishable goods require someone to receive and refrigerate them promptly on delivery day.
Intellectual property
The Nema and Golda names, logos, product photography, and site content belong to Nema Food Corp. or are used with permission. You may not reproduce them for commercial purposes without written consent.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
