We collect the minimum needed to take your order, ship it cold, and answer your questions.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and phone number so we can fulfill and deliver it. When you contact us or submit a wholesale inquiry, we keep the details you send so we can respond. Payment details are handled by our payment processor at checkout and are not stored on our systems.
How we use it
Order information is used to process, pack, ship, and support your order, including delivery notifications. Contact and inquiry details are used only to reply and to maintain the business relationship you asked for. If you join the newsletter, we send occasional product and restock updates, and every email includes an unsubscribe link.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the carriers and service providers required to deliver your order, and only what they need to do their job.
Analytics
This site uses privacy respecting, cookieless analytics to understand aggregate traffic. It does not build individual profiles or track you across other sites.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to records we must keep for completed orders. Write to info@nemafood.com and we will take care of it.
