Is your meat zabiha halal?
Yes. Our meat products are prepared according to zabiha halal principles and produced under the supervision of qualified Islamic authorities alongside applicable USDA requirements, at our own plant.
Where do you ship?
We ship to 47 states via FedEx, to physical addresses only. Orders of $150 or more ship free to 25 states, and the other 22 carry a $100 flat rate, shown at checkout. We cannot ship to Alaska, Arizona, or Hawaii, or to PO Boxes and APO or FPO addresses. The shipping page lists every state.
Can I pick up my order instead of shipping it?
Yes. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at our office, 18 Commerce Rd. Suite D, Fairfield, NJ 07004, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Eastern on business days. Pickup orders carry no shipping charge.
What is the minimum order and the free shipping threshold?
The minimum order is $150, and orders of $150 or more ship free to 25 states. The other 22 states pay a $100 flat rate, shown at checkout, and pickup in Fairfield carries no shipping charge.
How do frozen items travel?
Orders leave our warehouse refrigerated or frozen in insulated boxes packed with ice packs or dry ice. Freeze or refrigerate everything as soon as it arrives. If anything arrives spoiled, email us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it, with no need to send it back.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes. We supply distributors across North America, and in the tri-state area we also distribute direct to grocers, restaurants, and foodservice. Apply for a wholesale account on the wholesale page; our team calls you, and once approved you sign in to the line sheet with your prices and order by the case.
Where are your products made?
Our meats are made and packed in our own USDA monitored plant in southwestern Pennsylvania, where every stage of production happens under one roof. The company is headquartered in Fairfield, New Jersey, and distribution runs from there.
How do I carry Nema in my store?
In the tri-state area, apply for a wholesale account with your business type and volume interest. Our team calls you back, sets up your account with the right pricing, and your first order ships from our Fairfield warehouse. Anywhere else, call or email us and we will point you to the right distributor for your area.
